Recipe: Roasted Potatoes

When it comes to potatoes, there are a million preparations that will stuff a tummy and create a warm soporific effect.  Some families stick to butter, cheese, and sour cream as dressings- all good.  I prefer to season potatoes and bake or fry them! (This page is about baking.)

Experiment with a mix of seasonings – I like to combine an interesting oil, a type of salt, a spice with a little heat, a spice with a little sweet, and a round savory herb.
