Recipe: Black Sticky Rice

On a rainy day, while visiting Costco Wholesale, a friend an I came upon a large bag of black rice. We bought it, experimented with boil times and sweeteners, and discovered that our version of black sticky rice was a lot like the Thai restaurant down the street. Heaven! (If you would like to experiment with different varieties of rice, be sure to vary the water and the cook time. Adding fruit with the coconut milk is excellent as well. Be sure to enjoy yourself and your food.) Happy cooking!
